Our team is made of mechanical engineers with years of experience in engineering and designing machine constructions, shipbuilding equipment, various machine tools and process tools from their concept solutions to production-ready workshop drawings. Our engineers are highly qualified professionals with lots of working experience and lots of experience in solving all kinds of problems that can arise during production process, exploitation period or during operational life of manufactured product and equipment.
Techno Moment team of engineers creates its projects using modern software design and modeling packages, such as AutoDesk Inventor, and if needed, engineers can easily use any other software design program that is required by customers.
Our engineers can provide following services:
- Designing product fitted to customer’s specifications;
- Designing and developing structural design drawings, technological and manufacturing documentation;
- Machine construction calculations;
- Monitoring production line from the very beginning of the manufacturing process til its finish and supervising of installation of designed equipment.
Our team is made of three mechanical engineers, designers in our Design Bureau. We have extensive experience in engineering and designing machine constructions, machines and tools. We design using AutoDesk software package, Auto CAD for 2D designs and Inventor for 3D designs.
Our services:
- Developing of workshop drawings and preparation of necessary manufacturing documentation, breaking welded parts into single units of welded assembly, elaborating on the quality of materials used in manufacturing process, defining dimensions of raw materials, elaborating of BOM lists and procurement lists. Developing 3D models of completed assemblies, subassemblies and single parts.
- Developing concept solutions and designs of new machines, devices and process equipment as requested by our customers.
- Preparing documentation for machines and devices which are already in use but have no existing documentation. We can develop instructions for their dismantling, do their isometric projection and engineering drawings on spot.
Experience:
- We have more than 12 years of experience in engineering and designing equipment for shipbuilding industry and winches for fishing vessels of all sizes and purposes.
- We provide documentation papers which are subject to the requirements of the certification companies DNV, Lloyds, Bureau Veritas, ABS.
- Engineering and designing of machines used in military industry, in particular, designing machines that process the barrel of the rifle. We worked on design of a four-spindle deep drilling machine with CNC controlling, based on the TBT concept. Complete software and programming of this project was provided in collaboration with one of our contractor companies and distributer of Schneider Electric.
- We worked on designing machines for food industry (chocolate and pastry mixers, homogenizers, corn chips production line, etc.).
Techno Moment has long and successful collaboration with the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Kragujevac, in particular with The Department of Automatic Control and Machine Construction Calculation. This Department provides us with mechanical calculations of machine constructions and assemblies with FEA (Finite Elements Analysis) using extremely precise software package developed by Faculty engineers. If more engineers and designers are needed due to company’s increased workload, we are free to collaborate with or hire Faculty engineers.
